Mrs. Ta Thi My Phuong, CEO
The diverse knowledge base includes governance, investment skills, global financial and value chain awareness, and community development. She has previously been an investor, Co-Founder & CEO of Supply Chain Insight magazine, and Vice-Chancellor of the Vietnam Logistics Research & Development Institute (VLI). She is known to have influenced thousands of Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises through innovative projects and initiatives, especially in the area of supply chain management & logistics, which actively promoted Vietnam’s logistics industry from 2004 to 2013. Currently, as a co-founder of BeQ Holdings company, she is responsible for developing projects that involve designing the experience journey of customers, investors, investment funds, financial institutions, and enterprises, and providing strategic orientation and communication for corporations towards sustainable development values. Her key goals for the next 10 years, from 2023 to 2032, are to cooperate and build a sustainable ecosystem, continue to provide stronger support to the Vietnamese business community to take off financially, as well as lead BeQ Holdings to its goal of becoming a single enterprise, achieving a successful IPO on the Nasdaq market in 2026 with a capitalization value of $1.3 billion USD. Successfully organized LogSo2010 & LogSo2011 - the first logistics industry conference in Vietnam that successfully connected business matching for warehouse equipment transactions up to tens of millions of dollars from the event.
Organized the ASEAN Ministerial Conference, Ministry of Science and Technology, November 2011.
Investment in VNX Logistics indicator design in 2013 has had a positive impact on the Vietnam Logistics investment market.

Mr. Peh Chin Hua, Advisor
Mr Peh founded the Singapore White Group Pte. Ltd. in 2005 and is the current Executive Chairman and President of the Group, as well as the Chairman of the US Investment Fund Group.Mr. Peh Chin Hua has been appointed to join the Board as the Chairman of FANHUA since February 2024. He was formerly Managing Director of the Shinglee Book Holdings , the founder and Executive Chairman of Dragonland Group, a listed company on the main board of Singapore, and the Vice Chairman of TFC Bank Holdings in the United States and the Chairman of NTUC Seacare Holding Ltd. He is a former Member of Parliament in Singapore for 13 years (1988-2001). He had actively contributed to Singapore’s social and political service for 29 years and was awarded National Day Public Service Medal for his commendable efforts in public service. After retiring from politics in 2001, the entrepreneur went back to school and graduated with an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2002.
Mrs. Iris Fang, Advisor
Mrs. Iris Fang has over 35 years of international banking experience in the US, Singapore and Vietnam. Her career included positions in structured and corporate finance at Bank of America, Chase Manhattan (JP Morgan Chase), strategy and country management (Standard Chartered). She was the former Regional Head of Strategy, Asia and CEO Vietnam (1995-1997) Standard Chartered. Mrs. Iris was Adjunct Lecturer at RMIT International Vietnam Executive MBA Program. She is a director of Viet Nam Holding Asset Management (VNHAM), a closed end fund that invests in listed companies on the Vietnam stock exchange. She chairs the Risk and Compliance Committee of VNHAM and is a member of the Investment Committee. In 2016, she was appointed IFC (International Finance Corporation) Nominee Director/Board Member.

Dr. Mai Huu Minh is Co-Founder and in charge of Research and Development of index products of BeQ Holdings, the world's leading index design company with outstanding financial products. Dr. Minh was the CEO and founder of Intelligent Financial Research and Consulting Company (IFRC), a company specializing in products, services and consulting in the financial markets including Vietnamese and global stock numbers. IFRC has initiated the Global Women CEO Project, examining the role of women in corporate performance and governance. Dr. Minh used to serve as the Head of New York Stock Exchange – Paris Indices R&D group. Dr. Minh has published many conference papers, journal articles and books in finance. His two published books are Financial Indices and Latest Innovations and Options, Futures and Exotic Derivatives – Theory, Applications and Practice. Apart from the empirical research work, Dr. Minh teaches various Master courses in the fields financial markets, derivatives and financial mathematics.
